Ingredients
  

  • 1 Roll of puff pastry
  • 4 Apulia knots (mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 pieces Basil leaves
  • Butter to grease the muffin cups
  • 1 Big salad tomato  
  • 80 gr Radicchio

Instructions
 

  • Wash the tomato, radicchio, and basil leaves under plenty of freshwaters, dry it well, cut the two ends, and slice rounds.
  • Roll out the puff pastry roll, and cut first rectangular and then vertically into four parts with the help of a knife
  • Grease the muffin cups' base with a good amount of butter, then place and arrange them delicately into the muffin cups one by one.
  • With a fork, puncture the bottom of the puff pastry (this will prevent it from rising.)
    Bake in a preheated oven for 20 -25 minutes, then bring out and let it cool down.
  • Wrap the Apulia knots ( tomato fresh mozzarella and basil salad) with some radicchio leaves and place each muffin, making it adhere well to the bottom and sides.
  • Slice the tomato in a rounded shape and cut away the middle, place a tomato slice (wear the Apulian knots with the sliced tomatoes), and put everything in the center of the puff pastry muffins.
