Strawberry and greek yogurt Smoothie recipe

- 125 gr Yogurt
- 100 gr Strawberry
- 100 gr currants
- 100 gr wildberry
- Use lightly refrigerated fruit to give the smoothie a denser texture. Except you have a super-duper deluxe blender.
- Defrost the fruit perfectly to the point that you can cut it with a knife.
- If the smoothie isn't the proper thickness, add a little more fruit or ice to thicken it.
- Taste examine the smoothie before you pour it out of the blender. The method will differ just as the size of the berries does, and you can add more strawberries or sweeteners as needed.
