Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 brown sugar
  • Sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 370 degrees F.
  • Grease a round cake mould using butter.
  • Add some flour on the bottom portion of the cake pan. Add some flour on the sides as well. This step will help the cake to unmould later. You can also use a wax paper on the bottom too instead of adding flour.
  • Peel the ripe bananas and add them to a bowl. Mash it finely using a fork.
  • Add the brown sugar and use an electric whisker to beat well.
  • You need to keep beating until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the melted butter and beat well.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs for 3 minutes or until it turns slightly pale.
  • Add the egg mixture to the butter mixture. Fold in finely
  • Add the vanilla extract and beat again for 1 minute.
  • Now sift the all-purpose flour, teaspoon kosher salt, baking powder, and baking soda
  • Add the dry sifted ingredients into the egg mixture. Make sure not to mix them altogether. Mix in 4 tbsp of the dry mixture at a time. This will prevent from forming lumps.
  • Use a spatula to mix the dry ingredients. After mixing all the dry ingredients, pour it into the prepared cake mould.
  • Tap the cake mold twice. Add to the already preheated oven.
  • Now bake for about 30-35 minutes. Take a toothpick and check if the cake is cooked through
  • Let it cool down. Take it out of the cake mold and cut it into slices. Serve at room temperature.
     
  •  Dust some sugar on top before serving.
