  • 800 gr asparagus
  • 200 gr cherry tomatoes
  • Salt to taste or you can do without
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of water


The best low-carb breakfast ever (The preparation)

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in two.
  • In a large pan, heat Evo oil, add the onion with asparagus, stir-fry delicately for some minutes, add a pinch of salt with a little bit of water and pepper, then cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Inbetween pour cold water in a deep pot and insert the eggs, let them cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes on lower heat.
  • Take off from heat and place them on a plate with the egg sliced into two each and decorate to t.aste
  • Serve while still hot or at a room temperature
