  • In a bowl, add sugar flour and a pinch of salt together, mix, then add the soft butter to the mixed flour. Also, add the eggs and combine.

  • Work on the mixture to form a ball, wrap in cling film, then put it in the refrigerator to rest for at least an hour.
  • Now take the shortcrust pastry and roll out with a rolling pin leaving about half a cm in height.
