  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup rocket leaves
  • ½ cup radicchio, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled

  • Clean the salmon fillet and keep the skin on.
  • Carefully remove the bones. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on to the salmon fillet.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add aluminum foil to your baking sheet.
  • Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet. Keep the skin side down.
  • Marinate with the sesame oil and liquid smoke. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  • Let it rest for some time. Now cut into thin slices. Set aside for now.
  • Chop the parsley finely. Crumble the goat cheese finely.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges. Shred the radicchio finely. Trim the rocket leaves.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a pan, add the butter and scramble the egg over medium-low heat.
  • Take off from the heat. Toast the bread slices.
  • Now assemble the sandwich with the layering of eggs, goat cheese, radicchio, rocket leaves, salmon slices.
  • Before adding the top of the bread slice, sprinkle some cinnamon, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika on top.
  • Seal the top using a toothpick to prevent falling.
