Ingredients

  • 2 150 gr each cod
  • 14 cherry tomatoes
  • 300 gr Spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped Pasley
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Evo
  • dry white wine
  • salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach and boil them for a couple of minutes in boiling salted water; drain them and place them on a cloth to cool.
  • Clean the cod, wash them and sprinkle them with salt and pepper; distribute the parsley and garlic in all parts and brush with a little lemon oil, white pepper. Emulsify it.
     
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, prepared another base with oil, garlic, and chili Sauté the cherry tomatoes and spinach together over high heat for a few seconds. Add the cod cook for 1 minute on one side and 1 on the other.
  • Serve the cod with crispy skin, cherry tomatoes, and spinach, garnish with fresh aromatic herbs after adding salt. Sprinkle a little of the emulsion leftover with a drop of lemon.
  • And your stewed cod with vegetables is ready! It's excellent with warm garlic bread croutons but also with cold cuts and cheeses.
