  • 2 150 gr each cod
  • 14 cherry tomatoes
  • 300 gr Spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped Pasley
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Evo
  • dry white wine
  • salt
  • pepper to taste

  • Wash the spinach and boil them for a couple of minutes in boiling salted water; drain them and place them on a cloth to cool.
  • Clean the cod, wash them and sprinkle them with salt and pepper; distribute the parsley and garlic in all parts and brush with a little lemon oil, white pepper. Emulsify it.
