Healthy Grilled sea bream

Healthy Grilled sea bream is a second course based on fish, light and flavorful, roasted on the grill and atop with rocket salad.

Place potatoes in a medium saucepan and add cold water to cover by 1″. Bring to a boil, season with salt, and cook until fork-tender, 15–20 minutes—transfer potatoes to a plate with a slotted spoon.

The beauty of this recipe is that you can vary the flavor combos; herbs work really well, or you can try things like olives, sun-dried tomatoes, chili, or lemon zest. You can make it up to a month in advance, so it’s one less thing to do on the big day, and keep the leftovers in the freezer, so you have an instant flavor injection at your fingertips. You can use it with anything from fish to chicken, roast lamb, roast potatoes, or bread – delicious.
