Healthy Grilled sea bream

Healthy Grilled sea bream is a second course based on fish, light and flavorful, roasted on the grill and atop with rocket salad.

Place potatoes in a medium saucepan and add cold water to cover by 1″. Bring to a boil, season with salt, and cook until fork-tender, 15–20 minutes—transfer potatoes to a plate with a slotted spoon.

4 sea bream
3 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary

Preparation:

1. Thoroughly clean the sea bream, make a cut on the belly and remove the entrails, then peel and rinse them again; put them to drain in a colander.
Put in each belly a few slices of sliced ​​garlic, a sprig of rosemary, a pinch of coarse salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.

2. Prepare the aromatic oil needed to brush the fish by blending the oil, the chopped garlic, rosemary leftover, a pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper.

3. Next, put the sea bream when the red fire flames disappear, heat up, and then clean it with an iron brush, a scraper, or only with a few pieces of kitchen paper, being very careful not to burn it.

4. Put the sea bream on the grill and brush them with oil. Cooking must take place over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The cooking time is about 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately with your rocket salad! Enjoy! Buona Appetito.
