  • 2 avocado
  • 40 g Italian bacon
  • 2 chives
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

Baked stuffed avocado recipe

  • Take a nonstick pan add the melted butter let them heat up then add the sliced Italian bacon let them sauté for about 3 minutes.
  • Now pour the beaten eggs together in the same pan and scramble them with the bacon. Stir them to combine well by using a wooden spoon.
  • Sprinkle pepper and salt black pepper to taste and stir them, then add the grated cheddar cheese. Cook for about 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Now turn off the flame and preheat an oven, set the baking tray, and put the halved avocados, then top them with the cooked scrambled eggs and top them with the chives.
  • Let them bake for 3 minutes in the oven at 450 degrees F.
  • Then remove them and serve.
