  • 200 gr potatoes
  • 40 gr mozzarella, shredded (for topping)
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • Salt to taste
  • 40 gr of smoked cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 leek leaves

Instructions

Baked Broccoli And Tuna Recipe.

  • Divide the broccoli in half, remove the core and cut it into thin strips, rinse them under running water and drain.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into relatively fine slices.
  • Peel the leek and garlic, then cut finely, brown them briefly in a bit of oil in a large saucepan. Add the sliced potatoes and stir to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.
  • After a few moments, add the broccoli and pepper mix again, pour some water into the saucepan cover with a lid.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. After this time, remove the lid. Meanwhile, grate the smoked cheese: with a grater with large holes.
  • Transfer the vegetables to a baking dish, lightly greased with oil, and distribute the tuna on the vegetables spreading them evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in the oven with the grill for 10-15 minutes.
