  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 fine slices of veal
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup button mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup oyster mushroom, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cayenne powder


  • Trim the button mushrooms. Use a sharp knife to cut them into semi-thin slices. They should not be too thin; otherwise, they will be messy when you cook them.
  • For the oyster mushroom, trim them finely. Keep them as whole, they will look good when plated.
  • Peel the garlic and mince them finely.
  • Peel the onion and chop them finely.
  • Take the parsley leaves and the coriander leaves and chop them finely.
  • Cut the stem of the yellow bell pepper and the red bell pepper.
  • Remove the seeds and cut a sharp knife to cut them into julienne. The thinner the slices, the better!
  • Now take a skillet and melt the butter. Add the oyster mushroom and cook with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cook for one minute per side. Transfer the oyster mushrooms to a plate.
  • Add the olive oil to the same skillet. Add the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and onion and cook until they turn golden.
  • Add the button mushroom and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add the yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper. Add salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, soy sauce, coriander and parsley.
  • Then add the olive oil to the same skillet., heat over medium heat, thereafter add the thinly sliced veals, and stir-fry, turning one side at a time.
  • Stir for two minutes and check the seasoning. If you think it needs more salt and pepper and adjust to your taste.
  • Serve your vegetarian Bell Pepper Recipe hot on top of the oyster mushroom.
