Poached Cod Fillet Recipe

  • 4 pieces Poached fresh cod fillets
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 300 gr Broccoli
  • 1 glass of Seawater
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • pinch of oregano
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste.


How to prepare Poached Cod Fillet Recipe

  • Clean the broccoli by removing the leaves that are covering it if they are still there. Also suggest stripping the stalk of the broccoli, although you can also eat this. Wash the cherry tomatoes well, cut them into four parts.
  • In a nonstick skillet, add one tablespoon of Evo oil with the garlic cloves, well-rinsed broccoli, chopped olives, Seawater, oil, a pinch of salt.
