- 3 cups of the vegan flour
- 2 coconut cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- 80 gr milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 4 coconut oil
- 40 gr Blueberries
- Take a bowl to add the vegan flour, coconut cream, honey, almond milk, and some cinnamon powder
- Stir them to combine well until a thick batter is formed, then set them aside
- Take another bowl, crack the golden eggs, and add a pinch of salt and dry Pepe, then give them a quick whisk to combine well
- Take a nonstick pan, add some olive oil, let them heat up, and then pour the beaten eggs with cherry tomatoes, let them cook while scrambling then by using a wooden spoon then transfer them to the plate and set aside
- Then take a waffle maker and let them heat up. Pour the waffles batter in it, then make the waffles one by one by brushing them with some coconut oil
- Then add the scrambled eggs on the top along with the raspberries, strawberries, and nuts
- Then serve them and enjoy
Tips: You can add some heavy whipping cream on the top of the waffles instead of the scrambled eggs. You can also replace the scrambled eggs with peanut butter.
