Ingredients
  

  • 125 gr of the Greek yogurt
  • 1 Some fresh banana
  • 8 fresh strawberries
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 1 freshly sliced peaches
  • 1 freshly peeled orange
  • 2 pieces of Galbusera shortbread biscuits with barley and cornflour
  • honey to drizzle 

Instructions
 

  • Take a glass, add the Greek yogurt. Then add the half-cut fruits and then drizzle some honey on top.
  • then place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour after 1 hour, remove them and then serve them and enjoy

You can eat this Delicious Greek Yogurt bowl as a diet breakfast to lose weight amazingly fast. You can use nuts and mixed fruits to make it yummy and nutritious. Other than this you can drizzle some maple syrup instead of the honey.
