This spiced pineapple extract contains all the strength and drives we require to face the day. Take it first in the morning on an empty stomach to start the day on the right foot. INGREDIENTS for 2 people
1 full Pineapple
Lemon 100 gr
Ginger 80 gr
Wash and remove the outer peel of the pineapple and cut it into pieces.

Take the ginger root, cut a slice a couple of centimeters thick, peel it and keep it aside until halfway through extraction.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice.

Prepare the pineapple juice by pouring the lemon juice into the extractor and then inserting the fruit, alternating the type.

Add the ginger halfway through the process and some lemon juice until you get your refreshing juice.

  • 1 grapefruit

  • Wash and remove the outer peel of the pineapple and cut it into pieces.

  • Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice.
  • Peel the grapefruit alive, remove any seeds.
  • Prepare the pineapple juice by pouring the lemon juice into the extractor and then inserting the fruits, alternating the type.
  • Add the ginger halfway through the process and some lemon juice until you get your refreshing juice.
  • Pour in a glass and it will have you dreaming of the islands!
