This healthy detox juice recipe does not just detoxify but satisfies a lot, and it somehow helps not to suffer too much hunger; it works and makes you pee a lot because of the ginger. I personally love this healthy detox juice recipe, and I drink it almost every day!

To prepare it, you would need a special centrifuge, but if you don’t have it, add all the ingredients into a robust blender, add a few tablespoons of water and leave to blend to obtain the desired consistency.

Variation: under medical advice, you can add a pinch of spirulina which is a herb that helps you lose weight. Do it only and exclusively after consulting a specialist.

Tip: you can prepare the juice and leave it in the fridge for a couple of days, although it would be better to blend and drink immediately to benefit from ginger’s beneficial properties.
