Delicious caramelized baked lamb is a typical dish to be prepared, and usually, the best combination is with potatoes, but alternatively, the lamb can also be prepared with different vegetables or grains. 

 Doses for four people:
Ingredients:

 1000 gr of lamb
500 gr of potatoes
1 Pepper
100 gr of tomato sauce
300 gr of Brussel cabbage
1 clove of garlic
Rosemary a spoonful
Bay leaves
250 gr of White wine
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 tablespoon of Extra-virgin olive oil
 Salt to taste

Preparation:
First, marinate the lamb by putting it in a bowl with rosemary, minced garlic, white wine, salt, bay leaves, and lemon juice
Leave the meat in the marinade for half an hour.

1) Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into parts, and gradually soak them in water to remove the starch.
Then drain and put them to dry.

2)  Meantime, clean up the Brussels cabbage removing the ugly leaves, then clean with water, also clean the peppers, and cut into two parts.

3) Heat oil in a large pan or wok, add the onion & cook, stirring till lightly browned.  

4) Add the potatoes and stir for 5 minutes, then add the Brussel cabbage and the peppers till just crisp-tender. Put aside.

5) After the marinating time has elapsed, transfer the lamb to an oiled pan and start cooking, add white wine and let it evaporate. 

6) then turn the meat, and cook on one side, add the tomato sauce,  then turn on the other side and keep cooking for not less than 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat. 

7) Transfer the meat to a baking pan, then add the potatoes and the cabbage. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking and on the grill for another 5 minutes.

8) Your oven-baked lamb is ready to be served on the table.
